Information we may collect

• Support messages and optional contact email you submit on the public site.
• Host account identifiers from FLW Control when sign-in is configured.
• Player join activity, card marks, claims, and optional registration details entered by hosts or players during an event.
• Technical logs such as timestamps, request paths, and hashed IP addresses for abuse protection.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the game, provide support, secure the service, maintain audit records hosts expect, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

Event records follow host tenant retention practices. Optional player accounts may support export and deletion requests where that capability is enabled.

Third parties

Optional VDO.Ninja embeds load only when a host enables video for an event. FLW Control may receive support tickets when platform forwarding is configured.
