Ready For Bingo is normally an online host application. A prepared local Game Brain can keep an in-person event running across the venue LAN during an internet outage. That is venue-local continuity, not a universal offline product mode.

No. Rules vary by location and type of event. The host is responsible for understanding and following the laws, licenses, and rules that apply to the event.

VDO.Ninja video is optional and disabled by default. A host must enable it for a specific event before any room loads a video iframe.

No account is required to join and play. Optional player accounts are capability-aware and depend on FLW Control sign-in being configured and verified for your organization.

Yes. The packet wizard builds a US Letter landscape packet with six faces, stored grids, and serials. Proofs are marked not valid. Production PDFs are generated after the host reviews branding and approves the batch.
